Our programs are designed by women, for women, and can dramatically change the
way you look and feel. Modifications of each exercise are shown, making the workout
experience great for chicks who may already be in good shape as well as those who have
never worked out before. Class times are listed below.

Monday: 6AM-9AM & 8PM-9PM

Wednesday: 6AM-9AM & 8PM-9PM

Thursday: 8PM-9PM

Friday: 6AM-7AM & 8AM-9AM
