Savannah Committees

Associations would have a hard time existing without volunteers. They're the lifeblood of both Savannah and Isabella Village. Successful communities—those where residents are united by common goals and interests—are created by a broad base of active volunteers. This broad volunteer base brings essential diversity to the association—viewpoints, opinions, ideas, talents, and contributions, and we need your support.

The importance of volunteerism cannot be overstated. It builds social bonds, reduces isolation, provides the satisfaction of accomplishment, decreases feelings of powerlessness, gives residents a sense of control, and makes community associations vibrant and thriving places to live.  If you would like to volunteer for any of the below activities, simply contact them by clicking the header.

The Hospitality Committee actively participates in welcoming new residents to Savannah and also helps with other community-wide activities such as hosting the Annual Meeting.

You may also attend the monthly meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7 pm located in the cafe.   The cafe is located at the front of the Savannah Clubhouse.

To work towards increased property values in the community by educating and encouraging owners in the community to keep their properties well maintained, through articles in newsletters and yard-of-the-season
program.  To collaborate with the HOA management team to support and review of all common areas in the community

You may also attend the monthly meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7 pm located in the Cafe.

The Safety Committee works with the local police department to promote the Neighborhood Watch Program as well as address other safety concerns such as traffic flow, speed enforcement and other civil issues. The committee also helps to plan the annual National Night Out that informs residents about safety issues along with fun activities.

You may also attend the monthly meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 pm located in the Boardroom.   The Boardroom is located on the 2nd floor of the gym.  You will need your access card to enter through the gym.

The Social Committee initiates and plans social events for the community. Activities range from holiday parties, community barbeques, children’s play groups, pool socials, selecting themes for events, etc. Plan to meet your neighbors and let our onsite staff help you get started.

You can also attend the monthly meeting on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7 pm located in the cafe.   The cafe is located at the front of the Savannah Clubhouse.

We realize many of our residents do not have the time to volunteer and serve on a committee, but would like to help when they can. As a result, the Savannah HOA is reintroducing an opportunity for residents to get involved without having to make the commitment to serve on a committee, while at the same time, helping the association promote volunteerism.

Please consider joining the “Spirit of Savannah” which is a group comprised of residents who would like to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours per year to help with our Committee and HOA Events. You can select a specific event of interest or simply show your spirit by getting on our list of volunteers.

If you are interested in becoming a “Spirit of Savannah” volunteer, please send an email by clicking the Spirit of Savannah header or filling out the form below.

The Teen Committee is for kids between the ages of 11-18. The committee is run by the kids (with adult guidance), for the kids. They plan activities and events for the youth of Savannah and even organize fundraising activities so they can pay for the events they plan. We want to inspire younger residents to be involved in their community to promote positive outlets for the kids' energy and creativity.

You can also attend the monthly meeting on the 1st Monday of each month at 7:00 pm located in the Boardroom.   The Boardroom is located on the 2nd floor of the gym.  You will need your access card to enter through the gym. Please NoteTeen Passes are required to attend Teen Committee events.  These passes are not amenity access cards and do not grant entry to amenities and are valid for Teen Committee events only.
